Description Twin-engine logistics aircraft carrying passengers and cargo between military installations. Features The C-12 Huron is the military variant of the commercial King Air aircraft series manufactured by Raytheon Aircraft Corporation. It is an all-metal, low wing, T-Tail monoplane with two turboprop engines. The UC-12B variant is powered by two PT6A-41 engines while the UC-12F/M models are powered by PT6A-42s. The flight deck and cabin are pressurized for high-altitude flight. This aircraft incorporates a cargo door with an integral airstair door to permit easy entry and egress. With an effective payload capacity of up to 4,215 pounds, the cabin can readily be configured to accommodate passengers, cargo, or both.
