The B-25J is a high performance medium bomber powered by two 14 cylinder R-2600 Wright Cyclone engines. The engines will produce 1700 horsepower at 2600 rpm and 44 inches of manifold pressure. The aircraft has a cruising speed of 230 mph and a maximum speed of 275 mph. The aircraft is capable of carrying a bomb load of 4000-6000 pounds and 6-18 50 cal. machine guns. The crew consists of 6-8 people, a pilot, co-pilot, navigator-bombardier, radio operator, engineer, and gunners.
